How It Works
Step 1
Contact Us
Reach out to our team using the form below with your event details, including a no later date that you will need the barbells, location to include physical shipping address (commercial, not residential) and the number of men's and women's barbells needed.

Secure Your Rental
We'll provide you with a quote based on your requirements. Once you confirm and pay for your rental, we'll reserve and schedule your Comp Bars to be delivered.
Step 3
Delivery and Setup
Our team will deliver the barbells directly to your event venue prior to your competition. You are responsible for the unpacking and set up of the barbells once they are delivered. Only use the barbells that you need. Please leave the other barbells in their respective tubes in the crate. This preserves the integrity of the rental program.
Step 4
Host Your Event
Your athletes will have the opportunity to compete using the finest barbells in the industry, elevating their performance and the overall experience of your event.
Step 5
Return Shipping
After your competition concludes, you and your volunteer team will be responsible for returning the barbells in the condition you received them. Each barbell should be wiped down with a water based cleaning solution to eliminate as much chalk as possible from the knurling. If chalk is caked into the knurling, a nylon bristle brush can be used with light application of water to clean the barbells to the best of your ability. Once the barbells are cleaned, place them back in their plastic sleeve, their tube, and their crate, and we'll arrange for them to be picked up and shipped back to our facility.
