Barbell Limited Lifetime Warranty Terms

1. Warranty Coverage: This limited lifetime warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship of the barbell. It does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, improper maintenance, or any damage resulting from negligence or abuse.
2. Proper Maintenance: To maintain the warranty, the barbell must be maintained according to our recommended maintenance guidelines, which include cleaning and oiling the bearings on a periodic basis as specified in the product manual. Failure to properly maintain the barbell may void the warranty.
3. Warranty Limitations: This warranty is limited to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. It does not cover any damage caused by improper use, modification, or repair by unauthorized parties.
4. Warranty Claims: If you believe your barbell has a defect covered under this warranty, please contact our customer support team with your proof of purchase and a detailed description of the issue. If we determine that the barbell is covered under the warranty, we will, at our discretion, repair or replace the defective barbell.
5. Warranty Replacement: In the event that a barbell is replaced under this warranty, the replacement barbell will not be covered by any additional warranty. The warranty coverage for the original purchase does not extend to the replacement barbell.
6. Disclaimer: This limited lifetime warranty is the sole and exclusive warranty for our barbells. We disclaim all other warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
