Friday 5/21 high reps, low weight barbell
After wrecking myself with 30 rounds of Cindy the other day I wanted to get back into a barbell workout but wasn't ready for heavy weights. I still wanted to get a good workout in so I decided to do a lot of reps with lighter weight. I initially wanted to do this with 95# but I'm glad I stuck with 75#. Frank would've definitely done 95#.

30 deadlifts
30 double unders
30 hang cleans
30 double unders
30 push press
30 double unders
