Monday's workout kept me moving and gave me a great sweat. After a few rest days over the weekend this was a good barbell workout that mixed in a lot of box jumps and burpees. It's been a busy week so catching up on the posts but here was the workout:
5 rounds for time
8 squat cleans
10 box jumps
I finished at around 14:00 and probably could've done better if there was someone pushing me but overall it was a good workout.
