Thursday started with a good 20 minute Peloton ride as a warm up and then a few sets of dumbbell rows and dumbbell pullovers on the bench. Then for the WOD I got the barbell out and did:
4 rounds for time
10 sumo deadlift high pulls 95#
10 burpees
10 push press 95#
35 double unders
I've been using the jump rope a good amount lately as it's still pretty high intensity but breaks up the barbell movements I like to mix in. This one got me breathing pretty hard at the end. I was pretty happy to finish under 10 minutes. I finished the day with a 10 minute core workout. This one burned as I have some work to do on the core workouts.
