On Thursday I did some core strength work and the a relatively light Olympic barbell strength training session workin on technique. Then I finished with a 10 minute EMOM. Kind of an easy day.

New construction surprises owners. A home finished recently looks like nothing can fail. In reality, something else is true. Plumbing connections put in quickly leak in the first years. Leaving any of that produces a mold problem weeks afterward.
After that comes the rebuild. Drywall is hung up. Trim gets renewed. Flooring goes in. Cabinets come rebuilt. Paint comes applied. Someone who brought in a mitigation outfit afterward needs to hire a builder for the repairs. Holding the two halves under one contractor eliminates that gap.
The insurance side sits beside all of it, though almost nobody has filed a claim before. Damage must be recorded before a thing comes out. A scope has to describe the work the property really requires.
