Tuesday 6/1 Thrusters

My legs were burning the last few days after Murph but I did a workout with thrusters anyway. Not smart but it got me over the hump. This workout was a good Crossfit type workout that included a barbell for 95# thrusters and a 45# dumbbell for single arm snatches. I warmed up with a pretty light 20 minute Peloton ride.
20 minute EMOM (5 rounds)
8 thrusters 95#
10 box jumps
12 burpees
14 dumbbell snatches 45#
