Barbell and jump rope

Tuesday started off with a strength portion to build up to a heavy 3 rep clean and jerk of the day. After that I did a pretty good WOD that included:

3 rounds for time

10 squat cleans 115#

400M run

50 double unders

I did the first set of squat cleans unbroken but I broke them up pretty good the second two rounds. I ended up doing singles on the third round. This was a good cardio workout that got the legs burning a little on the squat cleans.
