Wednesday 5/19 - 30 rounds of Cindy

Pull ups

Today's workout started with a short cardio warmup and then I jumped right into a big Murph prep workout (minus any running).

30 minute EMOM - 30 rounds of Cindy

5 pull ups

10 push ups

15 air squats

I finished each round with about 25 seconds of rest so it wasn't too bad until the last 5 rounds or so. I hope I recover in time to do these movements again with a weight vest plus a lot of running!
