Wednesday 5/25 two AMRAPS

This was probably the last decent crossfit style workout before Murph this upcoming Memorial Day weekend. This one was a good one though. Two AMRAPs with a 2 minute rest between them. We did it as a partner workout and alternated after the rest. Both AMRAPs incorporated a barbell movement so that's always nice!

AMRAP 1

Run 800m

5 push jerks (115#)

10 strict pull-ups

15 air squats

Rest 2 minutes

AMRAP 2

Row 1000m

5 deadlifts (185#)

10 kettle bell swings (53#)

15 push-ups
